Tyler's Room has been around for quite a long time - since 2001 - and they have certainly kept on growing the site during this time. This is a megasite in the most classic sense - they have all sorts of content here, along with the namesake's amateur videos and plenty of extras.

Most sites that have been around for years haven't bothered to change their design for years, but thankfully that's not the case with Tyler's Room. In fact, it was refreshingly well organized and easy to get around, setting it immediately apart from many other megasites. It's set up identical to the tour, and although it does seem a wee bit busy at first, you'll be able to make sense of it very quickly.

The main sections are the Exclusive Content, Video Downloads, and the Picture Sets. Underneath that you get to see Tyler and the bonus content. There is a gigantic amount of content here, so let's get started!

Although the update schedule does show updates every day, those are mostly to the third party feeds and bonus content. The actual exclusive updates come in a more irregular fashion - although it tends to end up to once a week. But the site also adds a full DVD most weeks. There were also 15 pic sets added in the last month.

There are 131 exclusive videos that focus on both solo masturbation and hardcore action, along with 350 full scenes from hardcore gay DVDs. You can check them out in WMV and MPG, although both size and quality varies. The low end are 480x360 at 500k and 720x480 at 2 mbps. All of it looks good amateur to just plain old good, and they certainly brought the passion of the action through to your screen. There is no DRM, so you shouldn't have any worries about being able to watch your downloaded videos. The DVD videos have more of a variety in action, so if you aren't into the vanilla solo and two guy setups, you can get more types of action with the DVDs.

Most of the exclusive models are Euros between 19-25, with the vast majority being jocks. However you will catch a few twinks and older hunks hanging out. Usually when I think of Euro guys I'm usually expecting to see the same pornstars I always see, but most of the guys here are amateurs.

The photo section has over 1,000 photo sets - I told you they had a lot in here! If you can think of a gay porn niche, chances are Tyler has it in his site. He's also a bit of an exhibitionist himself, so you'll see a bit of this dashing amateur as well. The vast majority of the pictures are nice and bit at 1200x1600, but there are smaller ones when you go back farther in the collection. Overall this is a pic lover's dream, although it would have been nice if all of the sets had zip files available - only some do.

There are also plenty of extras - an almost overwhelming amount of extras. First we have an active forum that will let you meet all sorts of interesting people. Then it turns out Tyler also has a blog, which is a hell of a lot more than just 'what I posted on the site today'. There are third party feeds galore - some of which you've probably seen, but still - well over 50 in this area. There are also bonus sites, extra content, live cam houses (think voyeur cam with chat), niched feeds, and so on. You won't be bored for a minute here.

I was worried at first about Tyler's Room standing out. Most megasites aren't really known for having a good personality. With Tyler being an actual personality instead of just a catchy name, it really adds an extra depth to this site that made me like it a lot more than most megasites out there. The only real thing I could complain about is that I would have liked to have seen more regular updates to the exclusive areas, but along with the DVD content and the photos, this site still offers more updates than average. It might not do the trick if you're looking for one specific kind of gay porn, but if you're looking for a well rounded experience, you're going to get it here!
