The member's area is a bit of a pain to get around, but after a few tries at things I pretty much got it down. All of these are downloadable and there is no DRM.

There are 40 picture sets that are actually in organized galleries, with 83 more galleries that are just shoved into one giant gallery. All of these are vidcaps from the videos, and are shown at 320x240. The 40 organized galleries offer slideshows, although neither have zip downloads.

All of the scenarios are set up to be as realistic as possible, with guys coming in that need physicals for various jobs or schools. Navigation is the main thing that annoyed the hell out of me. I'm okay with video quality issues when it seems like they are actively improving on that - but getting around this site tried my nerves at times. You only get to see three videos a page, so when you're going through things you are going to be clicking and clicking and clicking and...well you get the idea. This pops up again in the picture sections, where only one of those is organized. The others are just thousands of pictures put into only two galleries. Suffice it to say, that's no fun to go through.

Even with those complaints, if you're really into gay medical fetish, or you are just dying to see a straight guy violated by his rather thorough doctor, then Male Physical Exam is perfect for you. The content quality needs work, and the navigation is a mess, but I was actually willing to forgive all of that just to see these truly excellent medical videos!
